Overview
We were tasked to create a play experience for 4th graders with the theme of an archerfish. Before we created a larger scale model, we first made cardboard sketch models to make sure that our idea would work.

We also tried some ideas to imitate the physical capabilities of the anglerfish's eyes when they shoot water at a bug. However, we were unsatisfied with the results since we wanted the target (a foam ball) to be not visible to the player.

The biggest challenge during the building process was to limit the number of ideas we pursued. During the brainstorming process, we came up with many ideas for the game. While having many ideas is good, it was impossible to do all of them due to time constraints. Eventually as a team, we narrowed down on the ideas that we would incorporate in the final design. Due to this decision, we were able to finish the project and have some fourth graders from a local elementary school play with it.
